  1. Banks do not use gmail accounts to send official documents. Always regard public Email accounts as a warning flag, such as Gmail, yahoo, outlook, aol etc

    Expect an official bank Email to be using the banks domain ie ?????@zenithbank.com But be aware, a scammer can register a similar name without too much trouble, so if in doubt, see when the domain was registered using a whois lookup. If the domain was registered within the last few months, treat with caution.
