Subject: Hello Dear

Hello Dear

Greetings to you from Vancouver,
It is understandable if you get apprehensive upon reading my
solicitation email to you this day, as we have never met or had any
previous contact prior to this. However, I plead your sincere
attention and indulgence in this subject matter which will certainly
be mutually beneficial to both parties. I am Richard Moore, of Richard
Moore & Associates, we are experts in corporate and legal claims. I am
contacting you because you share the same “LAST NAME” with my deceased
client who died of a sudden cardiac arrest on the 7th day of July
2017.

Before his sudden death, my client deposited 10 Million USD in a
financial institution here in Canada. The deposit agreement which I
witnessed states that claim can only be made by his relative or family
member. Unfortunately, he died Intestate (without leaving any
documented WILL or TESTAMENT). All efforts I made in the past 4 years
to contact any of his family members or relative proved abortive and
in accordance with Canadian Laws of Succession/Claims, any estate that
is unclaimed after 5 years from the date of demise will be forfeited
and returned to the Provincial Government as Unclaimed.

The financial institution recently mandated me to provide a possible
next of kin to the fund, failure of which the fund will be returned to
the Provincial Government as an unclaimed estate. It is in the wake of
this development that I decided to employ the services of an IT
specialist who helped me to conduct an intensive online search which
produced your contact information. I therefore seek your consent so I
can present you as the next of kin to my deceased client and have the
Finance Institution pay out the total sum of 10M to you instead of
returning it to the Provincial Government as unclaimed, being that you
both share the same last name.

If you are in the affirmative, I will start the process of
transferring the fund to you which should not take more than 21
working days. Upon the completion of the fund transfer to you, I will
fly over to your Country for the disbursement of the cash which should
be on a 50-50 ratio.

I will reveal more information regarding the cash deposit and claim
process after I get your consent to proceed. I GUARANTEE that the
claim will be executed under a concrete legitimate arrangement that
will protect you from any breach of the Law.

Due to the urgency this matter demands, I anticipate your timely
response.

Yours truly,

Richard G. Moore.
