Senate Committee for Foreign overdue fund have approved and accredited
this reputable bank with the office of the director, remittance
foreign processing Department, to handle and transfer all foreign
funds before the end of first quarter of the year 2020.

However, we shall proceed to issue all payments details to the
said ROBERT E. BURDINE, if we do not letter from you within two
business days declining this request. The payment will be transferred
to the account which was presented by your representative.
