Subject: Dear Jv partner,

Dear Jv partner,

This email is seeking your interest in a joint venture investment
partnership proposal.

A group of military personnel operating in Libya has appointed my Boss
as one of their Trustees; hence his cousin is one of the Military
Personnel in their group.

As at the time of writing this email to you, three perfectly locked,
keyed and secured trunks loaded with money valued at US$13,500,000.00
(US$13.5M) each has been cleared successfully and they are safely kept
in a highly secured secret storage facility in Kuwait.

My job is to search, screen and recommend a willing, capable and
suitable investment partner to the Trustees for investment
transnational relationship.

Get back to me for more details if you are interested and if you have
the capacity and the capability to partner with the Trustees for the
joint investment proposal that I am presenting to you.

Kind regards,
Mr. Mark V. Wilson
