I am Steven Terner Mnuchin, Under Secretary for International
Affairs, the U.S. Department of the Treasury. You can get more details

I have been saddled with the responsibility of liaising with
beneficiaries regarding all previously unpaid/unclaimed funds and be
sure all such funds are paid before the end of the fiscal year 2018.
Disbursement of all funds have recently just commenced.

An agreement was recently reached between the Treasury Department and
International Monetary Fund for us to settle all outstanding payments
accrued to individuals/corporations with respect to local and overseas
contract payment, debt re-scheduling and outstanding compensation
