be dispatched to you through diplomatic courier and the diplomat who
has arrived in Europe, and waiting for directives to depart to deliver
the funds which was packaged and labeled as a diplomatic gift to you
and the amount in the consignment outstanding fund. The content of the
box has not been disclosed to the diplomat that the baggage contains
cash money, but i told him that it is a statutory gift from the
government house here to our affiliates in appreciation.

The diplomat is with the company of the bank representative they will
depart for your country as soon as your contact addresses and phone
number has been verified. All arrangement has been perfected and we
hope you can meet them when they arrive. Further details will be
communicated to you in due course.

To avoiding handing over the consignment to a wrong person, i hereby
