Scam Emails and a bit of baiting

WARNING: These are scams. They are Emails sent to a honeytrap address only ever used for this purpose. Do not reply to these people, they will try to con you into paying out money in return for nothing.

CAVEAT: Please note that some of these Emails may be impersonating a genuine company or person. We wish to make it clear that any such name mentioned within these Emails has no connection to the scam. For the sake of searching, we leave these messages untouched, but we will respond to any concerns left in our comments.

Please, I ask for permission from you to talk to you sincerely through this
medium, as I search for foreign partnership. In my job a position as
directors of the High Way Roads constructions, my office was responsible for
payment and settlement of contractors who carry out these projects in UAE, DUBAI
High-ways Roads. We just finished a seven-year contract at the Tamale High
Way road, and as the Chairman of these organization, there is still a
balance left behind which presents a unique opportunity for our mutual
benefit as a result of over-invoiced generated during the ordering process .
Can you assure the safety of my share of the funds, before given you the
full details of the deal as we have not met each other before?
